A Love Note on Shipping:

The real cost of shipping can be pricey. Because we're a small business, we don't qualify for lower rates like the big box retailers do. We're not making any money off of the shipping rates we charge - that's why we charge a flat rate. It keeps it simple. We also don't believe in raising our prices just to make it appear that shipping doesn't have a cost.

By purchasing on our website, you are supporting a small, woman-owned business that is dedicated to a cleaner planet, giving back to our community, and making amazing products that take great care of your skin. We are very grateful you are here and thank you for your support!

General Shipping Policies:

We ship 2-3 times per week using USPS First Class Mail, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We strive to have orders mail out within 3 business days of placing your order. Domestic orders typically arrive within approximately 7-10 business days once it’s shipped. Given the current situation with the USPS (as of Oct 2022), orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free Flat Rate Shipping via the US Post Office for all orders over US$85. Shipping charges for domestic (United States) orders are as follows:

Orders (before shipping charges and sales tax):

  • Up to $84.99: $6
  • Over $85: Free standard domestic shipping

    Shipping & Processing Times:

    Our standard shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, with an average shipping time of 7-10 business days.  Priority Mail is an estimated 2-3 business days.  Please note that these times are not guaranteed by the US Postal Service and do not include processing times on our end.  We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  As such, we make a concerted effort to ship all orders within 72 hours (3 business days) of ordering. If there is any problem, we will contact you prior to shipping.

    All orders ship with a tracking number through the USPS.  Please be aware that there is sometimes a lag in their system and packages may not appear marked as shipped for 24-48 hours after they leave our facility.

    International Orders:

    We ship internationally via USPS First Class Mail.  International shipping rates are determined by weight.  International shipping times can be delayed longer due to customs inspections.  Any additional custom import taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    All orders ship with a tracking number but do not include insurance. If you would like insurance added to your shipping, please let us know before placing your order.  Please note, not all international orders can be tracked to their destination once they leave the US Postal Service system.

    Shipping to Hot Climates:

    Our products are temperature-sensitive and will melt in hot conditions. We recommend that you upgrade to Priority Shipping if you live in a hot climate such as Hawaii.

    Returned Packages Due to Wrong Mailing Address:

    We ship to the address provided to us when you order. If there is a problem with the given address and your package is returned to us, we will either refund the order minus the shipping fees or resend the package to a new address. In that case, the customer will be required to pay for new shipping fees before we send the order to the new address.

    Our Guarantee:

    Please note that due to Covid-19 safety concerns and the nature of our products, all sales are final at this time. Our policy is simple: we stand behind our products 100%. Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. We want you, and your skin, to be loved, and we welcome your feedback.
