General Shipping Policies:
We ship 2-3 times per week using USPS First Class Mail, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We strive to have orders mail out on the next business day. Domestic orders arrive within approximately 7-10 business days once it’s shipped.
We offer free Flat Rate Shipping via the US Post Office for all orders over US$100. Shipping charges for domestic (United States) orders are as follows:
Orders (before shipping charges and sales tax):
- Up to $99.99: $8
- Over $100: Free standard domestic shipping
Shipping & Processing Times:
Our standard shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, with an average shipping time of 7-10 business days. Priority Mail is an estimated 2-3 business days. Please note that these times are not guaranteed by the US Postal Service and do not include processing times at our facility. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As such, we make a concerted effort to ship all orders within 72 hours of ordering. If there is any problem, we will contact you prior to shipping.
All orders ship with a tracking number through the USPS. Please be aware that there is sometimes a lag in their system and packages may not appear marked as shipped for 24-48 hours after they leave our facility.
We ship internationally via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping rates are determined by weight. International shipping times can be delayed longer due to customs inspections. Any additional custom import taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All orders ship with a tracking number but do not include insurance. If you would like insurance added to your shipping, please let us know before placing your order. Please note, not all international orders can be tracked to their destination once they leave the US Postal Service system.
Shipping to Hot Climates:
Our products are temperature-sensitive and will melt in hot conditions. We recommend that you upgrade to Priority Shipping if you live in a hot climate such as Hawaii.
Returned Packages Due to Wrong Mailing Address:
We ship to the address provided to us when you order. If there is a problem with the given address and your package is returned to us, we will either refund the order minus the shipping fees or resend the package to a new address. In that case, the customer will be required to pay for new shipping fees via a custom order before we send the order to the new address.
Our policy is simple: we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
