Who's Eleanor?

Many people ask who the El part of our name is.  Eleanor was Emily's beloved dog and best friend for nearly eighteen years.  A fierce, stubborn and intelligent Sealyham Terrier, Eleanor made sure everyone knew who was in charge of the kingdom.  While she is dearly missed, she lives on as our proud representative of Em & El Organics.
